At Shanvio, we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
1. Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
- With all original tags attached
- In its original packaging
Items that are damaged, used, or altered will not be accepted for return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Sale or discounted items
- Innerwear, lingerie, or swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
- Customised or personalised products
- Gift cards
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please email us at support@shanvio.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
- Photos of the item (if damaged or defective)
Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
5. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for size or colour where stock is available. Please contact us at support@shanvio.com to request an exchange.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
7. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After this window, the order may already be processed for fulfilment and cannot be cancelled.
