At Shanvio, we want you to love what you ordered. If you're not completely satisfied, here's how we can help.

Returns We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Worn, washed, or damaged items
  • Items without original tags or packaging

How to Initiate a Return Email us at support@shanvio.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days.

Refunds Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. COD orders refunded via bank transfer.

Exchanges We offer exchanges for size or colour issues within 7 days of delivery.

Shipping Costs Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
