1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive an email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
2. Domestic Shipping (India)

3. International Shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your order through our courier partner's website.
5. Delays
While we make every effort to deliver on time, delays may occasionally occur due to:
- High order volumes during sale periods
- Weather conditions or natural disasters
- Courier delays beyond our control
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer
Shanvio is not responsible for delays caused by the above factors, but we will do our best to assist you.
6. Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of placing your order. We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, re-shipping charges will apply.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact us at support@shanvio.com within 48 hours of the delivery date. We will investigate and work with the courier to resolve the issue.
